Buried slides for 20 years — double slide projection of 280 slides.

I’ve put these slides of landscapes and family situations in the ground in the year 2000 and dug them up in the year 2020. These slides are moldy and affected by nature. If you leave something outside for a longer period, nature takes over.

Vinyl Collaboration & Album Art:
These affected underground photographs were selected and used as the official album cover art for the limited vinyl LP "Muted Songs For Piano" by musicians Nicolas Rombouts & Matt Watts (released on Starman Records). The official release and live performance took place at the Bernaerts Gallery in Antwerp and The Rabbit Hole - Stef Kamil Carlens.
